Mindfulness Based Therapy.

You live a busy life in a constant state of rush.

Your life is constantly on the go, along with your thoughts. You overthink everything, and are often rushing off to the next thing.

As a result you live a life of stress, tension, and anxiety. Maybe sometimes you snap easily, or you realize that you are using food, TV, or social media as a  way to calm down, relieve stress, or avoid the truth.

You crave a sense of peace, a sense of balance, and you have no idea how you got so far away from that, and you have no idea how to get back to that.

Mindfulness can slow you down, create peace, you simply need to be guided into finding what practices work best for you.

Head- Eye open

No need to do it alone.

Clearly we are in a new era where mindfulness is a buzzword-something that a lot of people are trying. But what is it? And how do you actually apply it to YOUR life?

Figuring out what strategies work best for you can be like finding a needle in a haystack with all the offerings that are out there right now.

A lot of people try one thing, realize it doesn’t work, or don’t stick with it, and say that mindfulness just isn’t for them.

Mindfulness based therapy is a great guide.

Mindfulness Based Therapy.

Combining mindfulness into therapy helps you learn more about what mindfulness actually is. And how it works for you.

Together we can sort through the haystack and find the needle, we can find the ways that mindfulness practices can be woven into your life. And you can then begin to feel the benefits of these ancient habits in your life.

You will explore techniques that encourage you to slow yourself down. You will integrate practices that allow you to be with yourself without running to hide it or fix it.

Slowing down will be your path.

My intention in this work is for you to find comfort in slowness, while gaining peace with who you are.

I have sat two ten day silent meditation retreats, and many shorter ones.I am a certified yoga instructor, and have done an eight week course in mindful self compassion. I feel passionate about leveraging the skills I have learned in these experiences to support more peace, calm, and self- acceptance in your life.

The end result?

  • Decreased stress and anxiety

  • Increased ability to be with yourself

  • Getting off the hamster wheel of your life

If you feel drawn to these practices and this approach, I am here to help you make it happen!

Slow Down. Discover Yourself.
