Living in this constant state of questioning yourself is exhausting! It is hard to move through life with that inner critic always looking over your shoulder. I know.

It affects your beloved relationships, your work, school, and even your hobbies.

As women today accepting ourselves is hard, but I can say self acceptance and inner strength ARE possible.

Why do most women struggle with self-acceptance?

We are raised in a world that dictates so much of how we view ourselves. Women are told that thinness equals happiness. We are told that beauty equals love. Ad after Ad after Ad telling us how we should be.

In conjunction with the heavy influence of media, many women are raised by Mother’s or caretakers who secretly live the “I’m not enough” story too. Girls who become women have been shamed, judged, and made to fit into boxes by those that raise them for generations.

These influences are formed into habitual thought and behavioral patterns for women. When left unexamined they will take a hold of a women’s life, creating deep feelings of unworthiness, self- doubt, and a longing for something more.

The therapy I provide is the antidote to this experience. In therapy we work to discover how the story of “I am not enough” shows up in your life.

We will begin to understand where it came from, how it impacts your life.

We will build skills of self acceptance and inner kindness. We will begin the process of accepting ALL OF YOU. Which can feel like a sweet and much needed homecoming.

You will begin to find strength and empowerment in yourself. AND as a result you will notice your anxiety begin to decrease.
